Hi, thanks for responding. I really appreciate it. Didn't get a chance to pursue this avenue. Unfortunately my mother died last year. She was 89.

LOL, Yes, I understand where you are coming from - the information can at times be overwhelming and conflicting. But I think the old addage remains true for anything, especially medical treatments and skincare - EVERYTHING IN MODERATION :) Some sun is good and provides a healthy does of Vitamin D - too much sun is bad and cause burning and skin disorders, possibly even melanoma when you sun in excess. Suncreen had been proven overall to be very effective in protecting your skin from harmful UVB and UVA rays - but the best sunscreens will be all natural as you can get - using Zinc Oxide instead of harmful chemicals. It can be frustrating, but once you practice moderation and know your skin care products - it will all be easy, second nature ;)

isn't it funny the same set of people that tell us the sun is good for our body are also telling us to protect ourselves from the sun and also telling us that the sunscreen at times may actually not shield us from the sun's ray.WHAT DO WE DO.
